Purposeful Thinking

Purposeful Thinking

Helping practitioners, leaders, and teams navigate complexity, make sense of challenges, and take thoughtful, practical action.

I work across individual, team, and organisational contexts through coaching, action learning, and reflective practice approaches. My work spans health, social care, and the wider support system, with particular interest in supporting women navigating transitions in life and work. Where helpful, I also draw on research and evaluation perspectives to deepen understanding and learning.
