How I can help
I take a person-centred, reflective, and relational approach to coaching. I work alongside practitioners and leaders to explore challenges, make sense of complex situations, and find ways forward that feel grounded and workable in practice. Where useful, we may draw on research-informed tools to support thinking and action.
Integrated methods of support
These approaches support reflection, collaborative learning, and thoughtful action in response to the challenges and opportunities you face, supporting integrated development across practice, teams, and systems.
Support is offered across three connected areas: 1:1 coaching, team development, and learning spaces.
1:1
Executive Coaching provides a confidential 1:1 space to reflect on leadership challenges and priorities within organisational and system contexts, supporting more focused decision-making and purposeful thinking. It is particularly valuable in complex, high-pressure environments where competing demands and responsibilities make it difficult to create space for reflection and clarity.
Person-Centred Reflective Coaching provides a confidential 1:1 space for emerging leaders/practitioners to reflect on practice, challenges, and priorities within organisational roles and wider systems, supporting more focused thinking and considered action. It is particularly valuable where people are working under pressure, holding complex responsibility, or navigating the emotional demands of practice, and need space to think with clarity and regain focus.
Team
Collaborative Coaching & Action Learning for Teams provides facilitated space for teams to explore challenges, understand complex situations, and agree shared actions. It is particularly useful where teams are dealing with complexity, competing priorities, or change, and need time to think together, align on what matters, and decide how to move forward.
Reflection to Action Model: Strengthening team practice through peer supervision. This programme supports teams to embed the Reflection to Action Model in practice and strengthen their ability to lead effective peer supervision and turn reflection into meaningful action. It builds shared understanding, skills, and confidence so it becomes part of how the team works, owned by the team rather than externally dependent.
Learning
Insight & Thinking Labs provide focused learning spaces on specific topics identified as a development need within your team or organisation. They respond to emerging priorities and support deeper understanding of complex issues, linking research, policy, and practice. The focus is on practical learning that can be applied in context.
